Rachel has been CrossFitting for over 10 years! She loves to talk about nutrition and says, “I think the missing element preventing most athletes from reaching their full potential is their diet. Eating more or eating less based on your athletic goals and body type can help you hit the PR you’ve been chasing or the six pack you dream of.”
She’s passionate about teaching members to learn to love their body for what it can do for them, not just how it looks. “I have met a lot of members coming from dark places in their life,” she says. “Low self-esteem, a bad relationship with food and exercise, a stressful job, or a history of poor health. Every one of them has been welcomed with open arms and through this unique community, found the support and strength they need to overcome it all! I’ve seen 8 marriages develop out of relationships built in our gym, and countless friendships that will last a lifetime.
